Product Information

Takamine quality design with a solid cedar top for a song of a price.

There's no imitating the silky-sweet tone of a genuine solid cedar top, so Takamine created the GS330S with laminated nato back and sides and a light satin finish. The result is an incredibly affordable guitar with truly high-end tone. Rosewood fretboard and expansive dreadnought body style.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

More Praise

I played probably every sub $500 dollar guitar I could get my hands on before making this purchase and have not been disappointed. It's hard to believe the sound quality you get from such a moderately priced guitar. I highly recommend this model to anyone shopping the sub 500 category.

Makes you want to play!

I've got to echo what's been said about the Takamine GS-330S; it's the best value at it's price range! I'm an around the house player that's been playing for years. I felt I wasn't learning or advancing. I had an old, cheap guitar. I purchased my Takamine and I find myself playing everyday. Great action, good tone, sound is so good it sounds sweet even when I miss cords. A beautiful color, light and comfortable to hold. I highly recommend it for a guitar under $350!

this guitar is awesome!!!

ok, so i went to my local guitarcenter wanting to buy a nice acoustic guitar for under 900 dollars. so i found the martin dm, and i was soo excited i thought it played great and it was a martin. so i had my heart pretty much set. then i saw this guitar, and just to blow some time i picked it up and started to play. OMG i was amazed! it was louder, had a great tone, it was amazing! and i still hadnt even looked at the price. so while im playing this, in my head im comparing it to a 800 dollar martin. this guitar sounded soo much better! so im thinking well this takamine must caust like 1500 bucks or sumtin. wen i looked, i swear my jaw dropped. this guitar is in my oppinion better than a 800 dollar martin. this is a great guitar. buy it!

A superb sounding guitar for the price!

For less than $300 the sound and feel of this guitar rivals those of say, Seagull, Martin, or even Taylor brands. The sound resonating from the cedar top gives a slightly warmer sound that is perfect for finger picking or strumming. Not as bassy as some Yamahas or Ovations, but a perfect balance for mic recordings or just picking up and playing for the heck of it. This guitar will satisfy even the most consummate of players. Before your spend $1500 or even upwards of $2000 for a guitar give the GS330S a try. The salesperson I spoke to about this guitar recommended it and I am not disappointed by my decision about this marvelous sounding instrument.

the reviews say it all

This is my first guitar, I am thrilled about it. Best buy in the store for $300. Read the reviews on guitars in $200-300 range. I narrowed it down to three guitars, showed the guy at the store the list. He automaticly says I'll prob walk out with the Takamine, well'll see... A true testimate to all the other reviews is the sound. The bass sounds are amazing, the resination is awesome and the high end is very clean. The Ibanez I tryed out sounded like an electric, it was a very articulate sound. I like the rich warm sound of the Takamine. Go buy one...they could easily mark this thing up to 450 IMO.
