  • THE BEST!!!

As reviewed by JBach2003 on 4/19/2007

I bought this one with my tax return...my God, its the best guitar I've ever owned. The same day GC was selling Ovations for 50% off of MSRP. I plucked on a couple, but as soon as I picked this one up, I was hooked. Takamine's cedar is aboslutely incredible; it produces such a warm tone, my hands and face begin to melt. The built-in tuner is awesome too. The action is excellent; its so easy to play, a beginner could start with this...it's just an awesome guitar. THANK YOU GUITAR GODS!!!

  • Big Bang for Small Bucks!!!!

As reviewed by STVNCMH on 4/23/2007

WOW!!! I shopped for months for the right guitar for me. I had come to the decision that I was going to have to spend well over $1000.00 to find what I wanted. I stumbled across this guitar at a local music store while picking up a spare set of strings and bought it on the spot. Granted...It is not a Taylor or Gibson....but you won't spend two months pay on it either. Beautiful crisp tone and a fast neck that rivals sound and plyability of guitars that cost twice as much, and sounds even better pluged in than unplugged!! WOW!!!!

  • Good for the money!

As reviewed by EL53 on 12/18/2010

this guitar is my first acoustic-electric, and after that, i've been hooked on them. this guitar has a very nice, clean tone and the neck fits perfectly with my hands. it sounds best plugged in, it has more of a brighter and clearer sound. although this guitar is a little more on the quiet side, i still love performing with it. i also love how the abalone inlays sparkle under the light! the only bad thing is that the plastic tuning keys tend to crack easily, and i had to replace all of mine. but other than that, it's worth the money!
