I recently purchased this guitar from GC, and I could not be happier. I have always appreciated the Takamine brand, I fell in love with them the first time I played one years ago. This particular guitar is absolutely beautiful, and it plays smooth as a baby's bum. I enjoy playing rock & blues mostly, and this guitar executes scales very easily. Its very versatile, good for just about anything you can throw at it. The sound is full, crisp, and rich. The black finish is reflective and almost feels like a pearl in your hands it is so well made. The only bad side is that I find myself having to polish it to get my finger prints off when I am done playing LOL. I bought a Swing wall hanger for it so I have to keep it looking good :) Overall, great guitar for the money. If your not loaded and cant afford the high end Martin's or Gibson's, or even the high end Tak's. This is the guitar for you, it plays and sounds almost as good as the high ends out there wether your plugged in or not...

This is a nice guitar. It feels good, plays good, sounds nice amplified. It's not a Martin or Gibson, but great for the price. Has an onboard tuner too.
