I played many guitars before buying the Takamine, and had decided on a Taylor 410, then by chance I saw this guitar, and said, let me check it out. At once I knew this was the guitar I was going to buy. The action is sweet and easy, and the tones richer and warmer than the taylor,(for abot $1000 less). i would recommend you try playing this guitar before you buy any other in it's price range.
I played a lot of guitars when it was time to upgrade, but it only took me 5 minutes of playing once I found this one to know I had finally found the right one. It's got a killer tone--rich and crystal clear, never tinny. And the pre-amp sounds great--plugged in it's just as warm and natural. Plus, it looks so cool. I'm very pleased.
I went to the Guitar Center with the intention of buying an acoustic. I played a bunch of pricey ones & then picked this one up. It practically played itself - low & comfortable action and beautiful tones. It sounds so sweet & projects so nicely. I knew this was the one. I played other top brand names after but kept coming back to this guitar. It was love at first play! I went home with it & absolutely LOVE it!
