  • TC Helicon VoiceTone Correct Vocal Pedal

As reviewed by VTwin Band Drummer on 3/24/2010

A solid built unit, excellent instruction manual. I spent 10 minutes in the book and 5 minutes fiddling with it only to find the adaptive settings are the best. This unit adds a tube like warmth to your vocals, excellent pitch correction and the compressor is stellar! Highest recommendations!

  • 5 out of 5 Stars!

As reviewed by Steven Waters on 11/4/2010

I know a great deal about guitar effects, but this was my first purchase of a major vocal effects processor. All I can say is WOW! I have a very strong voice and a very good sense of pitch and tone. I sing many different styles from punk/pop/folk all the way to Metal. This takes my vocals to the next level - and sounds very natural while doing so. It's very easy to use and it's pretty much "set and forget" with the adaptive settings. It's seems like the tonal quality of my vocals that I hear in my own head are now coming thru the monitors - instead of sounding 'different' or flat. I can now control my vocal sound based on the room or venue that I play, and what's more is that it has Pitch Correction built in! (Don't get this confused with Hard-Tune - you will not sound like T-Pain with this product .. if you are looking for that over-processed sound go with the TC Helicon VoiceTone CreateXT). I use the pitch correction when I want my vocals to be further enhanced and sound doubled after the verses when I am singing the chorus of the song. This pedal is also made with a solid casing and the metal stomp-buttons are very road-worthy. I cannot say enough good things about this product - and every vocalist needs one whether they use it live or in the studio.

  • Great little box

As reviewed by Rusty on 2/1/2010

Bought one of these around Christmas,'09. Tried it on the band's lead singer/guitarist. We liked it so much I got two more to pump up the rest of our singers. With pitch correction and straight signal together, it sounds like a nice chorus/doubler effect.
