I am a solo singer/songwriter, and I'm always looking for ways to make my setup mre interesting and fill out my "acoustic sound." I've experimented with a lot of looping devices in the past (digitech JML2, Boss RC-30) and a few Ipad apps as well. Nothing even comes close to the TC Helicon Voicelive Touch. I'm able to loop voice, keyboard and guitar at once, and the footswitch capability is ridiculously convenient for that. There are over 200 different voice effects on the voicelive touch itself, plus a whole online data-base with hundreds more to load on. The cable collector and stand mount make the Voicelive touch even easier to use. If you're thinking about buying this, you WILL NOT regret it.
I Thought that I was fully content with voice live 2 but, when I heard voice live touch with not only voice live 2 effects & presets Plus v looping, I thought to myself "DAMMIT" why is it when I buy the product that I think for sure is going to help me expedite my recordings then abruptly TC Helicon creates something better and far more efficient. I Was Livid when I found out that my Voice live 2 had no looping functions because it would make my recordings go so much faster but, now that I have my voice live touch I am complete. No disrespect to the voice live 2 but, for the price of the touch with the same presets & functions then, you simply can't beat it. I love you TC Helicon & If you keep it up at this rate then my heart will explode with too much palpitations and anticipation of what you have got up your sleeve next. "Great Job For helping us all who are striving to be that next somebody" in the music industry.
I had a TC Helcon Voicelive (version 1) for about a year to year and half. I loved it, it did everything that they said it would, BUT ! it was not for me ... it gets complicated very quick. If you are like me and loves to set a sound or tone reall quick before the idea fades away ... you will not enjoy the voicelive (version 1) TC Helicon really answered the call with the Voice Live Touch!
Just got mine (after a long wait due to the change in release dates) it was worth the wait !
The Looper is addictive .. just addictive .. you just want to keep playing with it for hours ...
I think they did a great job with the interface, this is what I wanted, something for the stupid guys ... guys who dont like to read a manual and would like to get up and go .....
