Reverb is very much about space, but then again so is your pedal board. So what if you could combine unlimited space for your reverbs with a miniature footprint? What? You'd be partying on for days? Well break out the confetti, because it's here!

Infinite Reverbs, Limited Space
If Hall Of Fame Mini was proportionate to the amount of tone possibilities packed in there, it'd have its own moon orbiting around it. But, as you probably noticed from the name Mini, it's really small. Built on TC Electronic's renowned Mini platform that also spawned Ditto Looper and PolyTune Mini, there's always room on your pedalboard for this one, and the amount of tone choices never ends. It's the best of both worlds! What you get is a guitarist's reverb that may remind you of guitar's most heralded amps from yesteryear: one knob - awesome tone no matter what.
You know about TonePrints, right? It's the best of TC Electronic's effects, customized from the ground up by the best artists out there. They weren't sure if combining the two would cause the universe to collapse, but as it turns out the universe became a place with better tone!
TonePrints give you access to an effect as it is used by the artist of your choice so you can tap directly into the TC tones used by rock royalty and turn your stompbox into the signature pedal of your favorite axeslinger - totally free of charge!
Hall Of Fame Mini opens up the world of reverb to you like no other pedal ever could. You can beam your favorite TonePrints directly to your pedal via your smartphone, including all the default sounds of the original Hall Of Fame.
Added to that, the TonePrint Editor allows you to shape, sculpt and form YOUR ideal reverb from the ground up. The editor is an easy to use tool but it gives you complete tonal liberty via a set of intuitive, deep controls that allow you to to create any classic reverb type you like. But the sounds you can get span the entire history of reverb, from the original sounds of cavemen screaming into a canyon, to classic surf, lush 80's ‘verbs, modern huge ambient washes and everything in between.

Like the other reviewers have said, this thing sounds terrific. Pretty much all the sounds you can get with the full size Hall of Fame, just one at a time. The Tone Print app is really terrific with this pedal: you can swap out sounds in about twenty seconds flat. The patch library includes all the basic reverbs (Spring, Plate, Hall, Room, etc.), plus lots of custom ones. For my purposes (playing jazz using an amp with no reverb, mostly)none of the custom ones I tried were more useful than the basic ones. But it's easy to try them out. One other thing I didn't realize until I got it home: the pedal is too small to allow for battery operation. You have to use an AC adapter.
So I went to GC today for my free strings, and a guy is checking out some pedals. One is a TC Mini Hall of Fame Reverb. I have 3 amps; 2 Tweed Clones, and a Champion 600, none of which have any effects. I like it that way, but I been missing my Reverb. All I wanted was something like the Fender Reverb on an old Blackface. One knob, live with it.... So i ask him to demo it. He starts playing around with it, and it sounds like a Reverb.. I was pretty hooked. Then he tells me that you can hook it up to your computer via usb, and download different "Toneprints" or voices... Almost got me in the boat... Then he shows me how the Smartphone app works...yep smartphone will "beam" the "toneprint" right from the menu on your phone..... I have been playing with it for 2 hours. It needs an external power supply, like a 1 Spot, but the number of different Reverbs you can get is unlimited. Plus you can download their software and create your own "toneprint". And it's a true bypass, so when it's off it's OFF. I wanted a Reverb pedal with one knob, that sounds like a Reverb. I got it. There are other pedals that are cheaper, others that are more expensive, and lots with more bells and whistles. But for just a Reverb, that's so much more, go try one if you get a chance.....
How much reverb do you really need unless you are doing ambient styles, then you may need more bells and whistles and this little thing could still act as a second reverb in that setup. But in any standard guitar rig for rock, country etc etc, this little space/money saver will get you that professional reverb sound. Just look on youtube at demos and all of the pros using this unit which by the way ! you can download people like Steve Morse and Steve Vai settings by using the tone print app. Take their word for it. This is a Real Gem
Bought this pedal to use with my BF Fender Amps ('66 Showman, '65 Bassman) to add that reverb flavor. Perfect out of the box reverb sound. These amps just bloomed with a fenderish reverb sound. I went through the gamut of downloadable reverb models ... the downloadable toneprints are "tastey" and there's something for everyone. The editor is a very useful option for sculpting your own "sound". I actually re-downloaded the default toneprint as it was that good. Buy it. You won't regret it. A huge sound from a small pedal.
Somehow, I'm the first to review this pedal. I purchased it last week, and have had about 2 hours of playing time so far. I can attest to a few things: * It is miniature in size but large in effect * When its off, it does not affect your signal * Adjusting the knob gives variability to the reverb sound, but I can see that some folks would want more control (e.g. get the full-size Hall of Fame pedal) - for my needs at this time, it is perfect. * The sound is incredible. It literally makes your rig sound like you're playing in a cathedral or church or auditorium. I am very happy with my purchase of the HOF Mini Reverb pedal.
