Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

Love the TonePrint sounds that I can load up in a snap! Anything from simple spring to psychedelic sustain can be set up in seconds, just by selecting the patch and holding the phone next to the guitar's pick-up.

Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

This came as a special discount, and glad I jumped on it. I was looking for a way to enhance my acoustic guitar (Gibson J-45 and Taylor 414CE) without destroying the acoustic sound and this unit seems to do the best. I can introduce subtle reverb into the mix as well as strange and wonderful effects.

Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

Seven of the reverb types on this pedal are the same as the Hall of Fame. They are types 1 to 6 and number 11 (the stock tone print) The other four are slight variations on the HOF options. Personally, I love the stock tone print effect as it's that "ducking" effect -- similar to an actual spring unit getting hit hard with the signal. For the price and for the build quality (which is top notch) I could not recommend a better reverb unit.

Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

Never used a reverb until this pedal, boy was I missing out. Really love both the FX level and the decay. Really helps in fine tuning what kind of reverb you want and the tonal quality. Love the different effects too. Can be get really 'spacy' at times (which is the point) but I find that it can, at times, affect my overall sound by making it muddy here and there. Overall, really enjoy it definitely recommend it!

Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

I had the Mini Hall Of Fame, but found it limiting. This Arena Reverb unit comes with a lot of nice pre-programmed sounds, as well as the Tone Print option. I love it. I use it for acoustic guitar, and it works well. Good job TC.

Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

I was saving up to add a reverb pedal to my board and had my mind pretty much set on the TC Electronics Hall of Fame. I have a few friends that play the HOF and it is such a great sounding reverb that I knew I wanted one. Then the Arena showed up on the Stupid Deal of the Day so I had to take a look. The Arena and HOF are nearly identical pedals with the only difference that the Arena comes pre-loaded with four custom Tone Print reverbs and is black instead of red.

This pedal sounds outstanding. I have played around with different settings and different reverbs and have absolutely loved the flexibility this little pedal has. There are more than enough different reverbs that can be switched with the turn of a knob. Personally, I have fell in love with the "plate" setting. It gives me the exact sound I wanted from a reverb. It sounds great clean or dirtied up with a distortion or overdrive.

If you are looking for a great reverb that doesn't take up much space on your board and doesn't break the bank you can't go wrong with this one or the HOF.

Comments about TC Electronic Arena Reverb Pedal:

I think this is is a fine pedal. So here's the scenario: I bought two amps around the same time - a new Fender Blues Junior and an used 99 Roland Jazz Chorus. At the same time the reverb tanks on both amps conked out on me. I went online and ordered two replacement tanks: the M.O.D tank for the Junior (works wonderfully and is great to this day) and a direct replacement for for the Roland that isn't so great: not consistent and, to be fair, because the Roland is on coasters it's hard to keep it stable in the back of my vehicle so I think it gets beaten up. I realized I needed a reverb pedal. I am preferable to actual tank reverb though I had to remind myself: I just finished an album and digital reverb from a Lexicon united worked for it, digital will have to work for live stages. Seth at the Guitar Center in Springfield, Missouri recommended this pedal and I am glad he did. I think the MOD setting is wonderful though I also use the HALL, ROOM and SPRING settings for something less obvious. Especially on on the Roland the reverbs bring the amp some much needed "air" and sound dead without it. Obviously the effects are not on par with a rack mounted Lexicon unit, though I like that I can put it on my board and use it through any setup I find myself in (rather amps or a PA) and can get a consistent sound. It's also a lot easier to transport than a rock unit: I have thought about trying to use the Lexicon for the Roland though it's just another fragile thing to try and get there and back: the pedal is sturdy and gets the job done, at least for now. I also think TC Electronic is doing great work and this is a testament to what they're doing. A great pedal.
