I bought the swirlygig as soon as they came out, it's an excellent way to hold any size container. I've found that if you need the swirlygig larger for bigger bottles, you can twist the coils in the opposite direction to create an even larger swirlygig,and it still works perfectly. And a whole lot better than using a trumpet case or the mixer board to hold a beverage. But I don't think it holds pitchers.
