I had asked for the Suzuki Bluesmaster for Christmas but My kids decided to get the Fire Breath instead. The quality if excellent right out of the box. Every thing is smooth and well finished, the mustache does not get stuck in the corners. The sound is a little quiet but I think it will get better as it breaks in. The rosewood gives the harp a nice solid feel. I have tried the Lee Oskar but found it has a plastic taste that I am sensitive to. I can't even drink bottled water. I am destined to play wooden comb harps. The Marine Band (MB) has been my favorite until now. The problem with the MB is before playing I have to; file all the corners on the comb, Sand the comb with 1200 grit sand paper, Seal the wood, and then drill and put it back together with #2 Screws. With my time figured in, the MB cost more than the Fire Breath. The Fire Breath has become my favorite.
