I am a small guy (5'8" 150lbs.) who gets hot in a 68 degree home. So playing prog-rock instrumentals under lights and at 160bpm, I get hot... I used to get hand fatigue and cramping at least for the first 2 or 3 songs... (warmups are hard to come by in small clubs and mingling pre-show with fans). But since the Stick Gripps, as soon as my hands heat up, the grips soften just a bit allowing my hand to relax and maintain grip on the stick. They are a little hard to begin with, but once they warm up just a bit, they are incredible. You must be aware of the application process to not over heat the grip when applying to your stick, to keep some of the pliability of the tubing. This will make the grips much more enjoyable to play when you get playing. The loss of one star is for the rings... I tried them in a bunch of locations and just couldn't find a comfortable grip with them... I use match grip in the Mangini/Weckl style grip of the thumb, index, middle finger triangle, so the ring was always in under a finger... but other than that, if you have any trouble with hand fatigue, sweating, or cramping, try these grips!!! Hope they work for you as well as they have for me!

I have a light grip and need something to keep me from dropping sticks. These work great! Took me about 30 seconds to apply using a heat gun. Big improvement over grip tape, which I hate. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a pack of 3 and after putting the on I was impressed. The best part of this system, In my opinion, are the rings. They keep your grip in the same position.

I bought these for my Pro Mark 777s and 707s and they work fantastic. I usually get blisters when using certain grips, but not with this product. I will buy more in the future for sure. :-)

Comments about Stick Gripps Ring and Sleeve (3 Pairs):

These sleeves are the best I have ever used. They completely eliminated the old drummer's nightmare of stick dropping and slippage. I have all of my sticks wrapped with them. They also add ease to stick twirling. Will never be without these babies. Highly Recommend them to any drummer with fast hands.

Comments about Stick Gripps Ring and Sleeve (3 Pairs):

Best stick grips i've tried. Most of them are difficult to apply, and they make your hands sticky. These ones are very easy to put on (as long as you have a heat gun or blow dryer), there's more than 1 pair included and they feel like cushions for your stick. They last a while but after good use they seem to rub off onto your fingers and turn them a little black. Would absolutely recommend these over the various grip tapes out there.

Best way to keep your sticks from flying

Comments about Stick Gripps Ring and Sleeve (3 Pairs):

I have been using stick gripps for a number of years now. Like most drummers I have tried all kinds of tape that starts out cool but degrades and gets sticky. These grips go on easy and last the life of the drumstick.

You can install the ring or you can leave it off. If you have a problem with flying sticks, the ring will keep your stick in the same place on your hand while your playing. I am to the point where if I'm playing without them now it feels weird and I start worrying that i'm gonna have sticks a flying.
