The Stanton S.252 Tabletop CD Player was designed with working DJs in mind. The S.252 CD player's controls are conveniently in the front of the tabletop unit for easy access. This Stanton CD player is inexpensive yet offers you fader start, digital outputs (SPDIF digital output), selectable pitch control, cue control, and an LED screen, all in a sleek design.
WARRANTY Through Stanton’s authorized dealers around the World, Stanton, or one of Stanton’s authorized distributors outside the U.S., will, without charge, repair or replace, at the sole discretion of the entity responsible for making the repair or providing the replacement, any Stanton merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of original purchase. Exceptions to this warranty are as noted below: The warranty for mechanical parts which are subject to wear and tear are limited to the earlier to occur of thirty (30) days following the date of original purchase or the following number of cycles: Faders - 15,000; Rotary potentiometers - 10,000; and Switches - 10,000. Stanton will warrant all replacement parts and repairs for ninety (90) days from the date of original shipment. Repairs made necessary by reason of misuse, alteration, normal wear, or accident are not covered under this warranty.

I have had one of these for a couple of months now and it works great. The features are excelent, the top loading is my favorite, it plays old CDs with wrinkled paper labels that our front-load CD players will not, plus it is rugged. We store it in a gig box that we roll in and out and up and down stairs to jobs and it runs fine. This is a good, economical box that should give you lots of service. Stanton is a brand name we have used for decades in broadcasting that can be trusted. This is a five start product for me, we plan to order more of these units.
I'm writing a review for this CD player since I couldn't find one any where on the web. All I can say is Wow! I'm really Impressed. This unit seems to be built very well and the buttons don't feel cheap at all. I love the functions on it and the screen is nice and bright too. So far It's been playing CD's burned from my Imac with out a problem. The unit is made out of plastic, but actually has some weight to it and seems pretty solid. I don't know about reliability since I bought this today, but Guitar Center says the manufacturer gives a 3 year warrantee for it. I would definitely recommend it!
