This is a great guitar for the price. I have had mine for around 3 years now and still, it plays like it did the first time I picked it up. I DEFINITELY recommend getting new strings because the ones that come on the guitar will rip your fingers to shreads. It does come out of tune fairly easily so if you're a beginner I would invest in a tuner, and there is also a slight bit of buzzing from the strings occasionally but nothing too serious. This guitar is perfect for beginners, even to intermediate players as well. Like I said, I have had this guitar for over 3 years, and it still players beautifully, and it surprisingly has that rich Fender tone. For the price, this guitar cannot be beat, if you're just starting, or don't want to break your budget, this guitar is definitely the way to go.

I got this guitar about a year ago, and I used it to start learning how to play. It's a great guitar, and I learned all the basics on it. However, there are some problems, but that's to be expected. It has trouble staying in tune. The tremolo system is ok, but uncomfortable. The tone knobs don't do anything. The fretting looks a little unfinished. I do recommend this guitar to anyone who is interested in learning guitar, but can't afford something to pricey. I congratulate squier for there pretty decent workmanship.

Comments about Squier Bullet Strat with Tremolo:

I purchased this guitar with the intent of modding it so I can get some experience doing "tech" work, as I don't want to practice on my more expensive guitars and be out a bunch of money if I do something stupid, and also so I could put together a fun little guitar to mess around on. I didn't have very high expectations for it, simply because of its price. However, to my surprise when I got it the guitar was already set up to a decent action, the intonation was spot on, and none of the frets needed filing. The pickups aren't great, but they aren't horrible either. Before I swapped them out I tested some blues licks on them and they sounded just fine, but a good amp helps out with that too. All in all, this is DEFINITELY worth the money you pay, which could be a good or bad thing depending on what you are looking to do with it, but for me this was a prefect guitar to start as the base for a project guitar.

Comments about Squier Bullet Strat with Tremolo:

I have had so much fun with this guitar. I really can achieve virtually any tone possible on this guitar(given a good amp). I have played any where from Metallica to Hendrix, to Dire Straits, and Johnny Cash. Great little guitar by fender. I would recommend buying the model with the humbucking pickups, as because the other guitars come with nicer pickups. And lastly, CHANGE THE STRINGS. the stock strings are horrible.

Great guitar once you put in the work

              By Jason

              from Texas

Comments about Squier Bullet Strat with Tremolo:

Fantastic guitar! I would recommend you change the pickups as soon as possible cuz the stock are really noisy. I recommend the lace red, silver ,blue combo. Ive used it in bands with higher end strats and it has kept up nicely. The neck profile is great and feels really light but packs killer tone. This guitar and a good set of pickups really goes along way. Also replace the bridge if you can to a fixed bridge as it does go out of tune. If you like making your own personal guitar, not a bad beginner for guitar techs and players.

              DON'T buy this guitar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              By Jeremiah Glogg

Comments about Squier Bullet Strat with Tremolo:

I bought this guitar a month ago and I deeply regret it! The machine head on the 1st string was loose. You can't drop tune the guitar because it goes wildy out of tune if you do. And it just won't stay in tune at all. I wouldn't recommend this cheap, fake guitar to anyone.
