This is what's cool, it's plays great, it looks great especially the 2 tone vintage Brown sunburst finish. It's got an nice Humbucker in the bridge position so no need for routing out the body or the pickguard as it's all ready customized for you. The next thing is it's even got the rosewood skunk stripe going down the middle of the back of the neck. You usually only will find this on the more expensive models of Strat's or Tele's. I'm telling you from being a player for over 50 years in the business that although some may only think that this is a some sort of beginner's type of guitar. They would be dead wrong. If you can play and you need not just an extra guitar that you'll need to have modded and put more money into it because you won't have to do that. This guitar is just the type of super deal that doesn't come to often these days when it comes to getting a great playing guitar for this type of price.

The guitars nowadays are just so well done in constructions compared to a decade ago. Made in China products are not to be disregarded just like that. This guitar is well made, construction, sounds good, and it's more than enough for someone that will start playing the guitar. I love the colors. Pros: well made, sounds good, colors. Cons: the frets sticks out to the arm a little bit.

Comments about Squier Bullet HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar:

This Squire looks great and sounds great. The neck is really nice and fast. Everything is solid and well made. It plays pretty good without doing anything but tuning it. I had to set the intonation which is easy to do with one of the many online videos out there on the subject. I think you would benefit from a professional set up as well to make everything perfect. Anyone can learn guitar on this model without feeling like the guitar is holding them back. The quality is really good.

Comments about Squier Bullet HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar:

Great for an OLD vocalist that wants to relearn Guitar. My hand is too fat for the neck but I am adjusting just fine. I played a Les Paul to write songs. Good learning tool for someone that wants to learn chords and solos. Only con is that there was no instruction manual which should be included for starters. Tools but no manual.

I bought this guitar sight unseen online. After lowering the bridge and the nut and adjusting the truss rod, it was very playable. I have also just ordered better machine heads and pickups from GuitarHeads. Rock On.

Comments about Squier Bullet HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar:

It's a strat! It's a Strat with humbuckers!! At fist I wanted the double humbuckers. It grinds really well. Lots of chunk and the bridge pickup can scream pretty good. I play it through a Fender Frontman 25watt. This baby can make you deaf Plus it looks like buddy holly's Strat, or Steven stills, or brownie that Eric Clapton played. Sweet.

This is an excellent rhythm guitar that is capable of excellent lead tones. Humbucker so are chunky and loud. The neighbors didn't seem that happy about all the sound. I play through a fender 25watt frontman, sounds awesome! You can be confident in this guitar it plays and sounds great.

        Great way to start off.

Comments about Squier Bullet HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar:

After playing a nylon stringed, acoustic guitar for a few months,i wanted to start playing an electric guitar, thus, i bought this, and im glad i did.
It fits very firmly when playing while sitting down, the neck feels smooth, and it stays in tune very well.
It's sound is not only great, but also very versatile. I have been able to play many different styles/genres of music with this thing, from soft and clean blues licks, to fast and hard metal songs.
I had gotten the metallic green version, and it looks amazing for the price. The black tuners are also nice touches.
Overall, i love this guitar, and it is a fantastic addition to my small arsenal.

        It is green and great

Comments about Squier Bullet HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar:

The first thing I noticed was how light it was in comparison with my MIM Telecaster. The second thing was how easy it was to play, very comparable to my Tele. This is no beginners only axe. I enjoy playing on it tremendously. It did need a little adjustment, slight truss rod, an intonation, and string height. It's good to get familiar with those things anyway. Once that was accomplished, it held it's tune as well as most of my other guitars with locking tuners. I always check the tuning before playing. It has nothing to do with the guitar lots of times, but the weather and ambient conditions. It is also very good looking and sweet sounding. It is a bargain in today's marketplace.

        My first electric guitar

        By

        from Racine Wisconsin

Comments about Squier Bullet HSS Stratocaster Electric Guitar:

For anyone who truly needs a start in the guitar world, this is what you need. I paid $90 for this guitar, brand new, and if you're willing to take care of it, you will find that this guitar will exceed all of your expectations that you would have for a guitar that is less than $200. The tuners and the jack are the only downfall of this guitar but aren't hard to manage. I've had this guitar since September 2013 and plan on keeping it for the rest of my life. The picture of the metallic green one above don't do it justice.
