great for beginers

this is a great bass if your just playing bass in a garage band, or just massing around, but if you are playing in an actual live proformance, or any other kind of show, oyu will need to upgrade, the amp is kind of loud and can really put out a better sound than it looks like it would, but the bass itself lacks quality, i acoasionaly crackles, and it has nearly no sustain
