  • Yes, I'm a Tone Snob, but This is a Great Pickup at Any Price

    For the money, this is the best Tele pickup out there. This pickup is a single coil Tele pick, made somewhere oversees in a factory, so it's not 'quite' as good as a nice handmade US pickup with AlNiCo magnets, but it's a phenominal Tele pickup that makes a GREAT sound. This has all the twang, character and clarity that you expect from a Tele. If you're a player on a budget, you'll be hard pressed to better for this price--even if you're considering a used pickup. I know--cause I looked and finally settled on this pickup after reading review of the Squier Fat Tele. This is a great sounding pickup at any price!
