...I shure know I do. I always hated wraping strings around a tuning peg. With Sperzels, all you do is pullthe string through, tighten the knob, tune, and play. These tuners can be compared to a locking nut, which keeps the guitar in tune better. They are VERY helpfull if you have a tremelo. There is a downside though, you have to drill a new hole and get a template. If you dont want to do that, take some pliers and break of the little stabilizing pin and tighten the tuners very tightly from the top
These are really great tuners. Hold the string in just like they say they will but the only real problem is that they can't take strings any bigger than twelve gauge. It's a problem for me because I need Thirteens for playing in drop A. I've never had a problem with a string falling out though. Wonderful tuners that have made tuning sooo much easier but don't get them if you want bigger than twelve gauge strings on your guitar. When I bought my ESP Eclipse they came stock and I'm really glad they did. Don't get me wrong. They are great just no Thirteens.
These machines are great. Very strong feeling and heavy duty, but not physically "Heavy". They don't add much sustain or weight to the guitar, so I would have to say that these are discreet. Very nice look. I am thinking of doing all of my guitars with these.
