As a drummer who has to work a few other jobs to provide for my wife and kid on the way while going through school I need sticks, but I don't want to spend 12 bucks for one pair. That is where these sticks come into play. I was hesitant at first but then I heard of some professional touring drummers who play with these sticks because they are cheap and last, so I tried them and LOVE THEM!
