This stand is amazing. It is much more affordable than the other boom stands out there. I have had one of these for over a year now and it has never let me down. I have a 20" Zildjian ZHT Flat Ride on it and it has never failed. I have a gibralater boom stand as well and that has come loose and tipped on me. The sound percussion has yet to do that. I am taking all my hardware in and replacing it with Sound Percussion.
WOW. this stand is amazing. I use it for all my cymbals. Even with its cheap price it holds up my 16" ozone with two splashes stacked on it. It also holds my 20" ride and 18" crash with ease. It never shows signs of shaking or tipping.
it doesn't matter if its not the biggest brand or anything these are really sturdy thick stands that work just as good as anything else! why spend more for the same thing pretty much.
