The Sound Percussion 5-piece Junior Drum Set is a real drum kit that was designed with the little drummer in mind. Smaller-than-standard drum sizes include a 16" x 12" bass drum, 8" x 5" and 10" x 6" mounted toms, 13" x 10" floor tom, and a 12" x 4" snare.
It also comes with all the necessary hardware: a kick pedal, cymbal and hi-hat stands, and a throne. Complete with a 12" cymbal and a pair of 10" hi-hat cymbals.
I bought this set for my 14 year old and it is soooo small. Better fit for my 5 year old. Good product for small children.
It is a small set, hence the junior title. I bought this set in black for my 6 year old son and he has a blast with it. It is nothing fancy or of great quality but if you have a kid who has alot of extra energy in his tank like mine, it is worth a try and much better than sending him to a shrink to get drugged up.
i got this kit for my 13th birthday and it was good for a first set but after a few months the drums wouldnt stay tuned and my snare stand seriously broke in half in the middle of the night the drums are all average quality except the snare. the snare is crap so id recommend buying a new one and the heads are terrible so id recommend remo ebony tom heads and a remo ambassador head for the snare the bass drum last forever only its a pain too tune and get new cymbals right away too cuz my cras ride got a crack in almost right away. this set is good for beginners buy if you want quality sound id reccomend a different kit
