Worth Every Cent

By Scott Bevans

Comments about Sony MDR-7520 Studio Headphones:

These are amazing headphones. They are well built, very comfortable and have an audio quality that makes all of your other headphones obsolete. The MDR7520 model has a flat frequency response with no coloring or alteration of sound and the clarity and detail of the music is amazing. Best bass response I've ever heard in a set of cans - true bass response, not colored "house" bass. The music sounds like it's supposed to. I would have preferred a straight cord, but that's just me. Highly recommended in every way. I've got other headphones, but these are my "go to cans" for listening, studio work, and mastering. The mastering I've done so far translates very well to external speakers. These are great cans.

Hands down the BEST headphones you'll find for less than $1K!

Comments about Sony MDR-7520 Studio Headphones:

I've had my Sony MDR-7520's for about 4 months now, and let me tell you, if you wanted to take them from me you would have to pry them from my cold dead fingers, they're THAT good! With virtually no coloration, high power handling, low impedance,(24ohms), and a flat frequency response,(5Hz-80Khz), it don't get no better than that! So run on down to your local Guitar Center or order a pair online at www.guitarcenter.com today! You'll be glad you did!

Comments about Sony MDR-7520 Studio Headphones:

The headphones sound transparent and I am able to listen to a lot of nuances in the recordings which I wasn't able to listen on my old headphones.
