I play mandolin, ukulele, guitars and bass. I keep a tuner in every case and in every room, so I have quite a few. This tuner works well on all of them, and is better on bass than any tuner I have ever used. With most tuners I have to use harmonics on bass to get the tuner to pick up tyhe vibration. The Snark picks up the fundamental open string well. I bought 3 of them, and I am buying 3 more to replace other tuners.
This is by far one of the most accurate tuners I have ever used. I don't know what the One-Star rater is talking about as far as breaking, it's made with snap-and-lock technology!!! Fabulous!!! The metronome function is supremely useful for BPM tracking and practicing. Reach into your wallet and buy one today. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!!!!
there is nothing else to say other than this is the absolute best , little, tuner i have ever had. i fact i bought 2 more after recieving the first one. easy to use. lights up awesome and dead on. i love this thing.... wish they would have made them years ago !!!!!
