About the size of a cigarette pack, amazingly it can drive a 4 x 12 cabinet. (We didn't believe it either, so we tried it. And, sure enough, through the magic of technology, it was actually loud and sounded great, though the battery didn't hold out long.) It responds to the volume knob on your guitar and generates a sweet and convincing tube amp overdrive when cranked. It has its own built-in speaker. It can also be used on the input of another amp as a fuzz box.

  • An OK Amp

    This amp would be considered ok, I bought it and i keep it in my pocket everywhere I go (which is pretty awesome) but the bad thing about it is that it could have better sound distortion, thought it is pretty loud so I would reccomend it to travelers, and sometimes beginners. Overall, I would think its satisfying.

    The "Smokey" amp is a little larger than a pack of cigarettes, but produces a solid sound. Not a blaster at all, but CERTAINLY a great little practice amp with a lot of flexibility and creatice possibilities. Solid as a rock, great quality, and a real bargain. Every misician should own one of these!!! AND...Guitar Center's price is better than I could find on eBay!! Great job on this one, GC!
