  • NICE TUBS!

As reviewed by STEVEN PONTILLO on 3/17/2008

As someone who has no room for a full drum-set , These are a god-send though it takes a good strike to get them sounding they are quite adequate.( you can change the pad configurations to suit) they are good portable set you can take anywhere (Batteries)and you can' beat the price. they didn't get 5 stars is the velocity setting is not adjustable I'm a drummer with 20+ years and like the way these feel.

  • Simmons ADMK4

As reviewed by Donell Earlycutt on 7/8/2008

I have owned this digital drum set for over two weeks now. When I frist got it I was very surprised on how fast I learned to play along with the song that were programed into the drums. getting the Simmons ADMK4 is a great beginners tool to learn to play the drums. That's what I'm using the Simmons ADMK4 set for, so I can learn to play the real drum sets. And so far I come along way in a short time I can't wait to play the Simmons ADKM4 along with my brother. I recommend anyone wanting to play drums to get this set as a starter set or if you play already, us it for playing so you won't desturb the people living next to you. I live in an apartment and I get no complants.

  • Stay Away from This

As reviewed by A Guitar Guy on 4/2/2010

This unit is not worth the money. I bought it for MIDI recording, and I took it back after one day. First, the MIDI implementation is terrible. The pad sensitivity is worse and the pads feel like hockey pucks with absolutely no rebound. The set is poorly made, and the LED display would go out when playing on the system. Go with the Yamaha DD65 which is a great system if you are looking for an all in one drum.
