In Groovy City, the third program of the Sibelius Groovy Music series, children learn more about music notation, and complete more complex listening tasks. They are also introduced to question and answer phrases and the blues scale, so that they can begin to build up more sophisticated compositions.
I bought this for my son when he started to become interested in music. Let me tell you, it has been a month, and he is picking up on things very fast. This stuff works great and it is very easy to grasp the concepts. It actually makes learning theory kind of fun instead of the boring repetition that it usually associated with. If you have children, do them a favor and buy them Groovy City. They will be happy, and so will you.
