Great Quality Mic

When I was shopping for a wireless mic, I wanted the ULXS24 Beta 58 as I had read some reviews that the Beta 58 seemed to work a bit better for some musicians than the Beta 87A. Well come to be that they didn't have it in stock and I had a gig that weekend. So we called up a Shure rep and he strongly recommened the Beta 87A for a vocalist as it is a condenser mic. Anyway, I ended up buying the SLX24 Beta 87A and I have to say that it is definitely the best investment I have done on any mic. I have done a quite a few gigs already and the quality of sound just amazes me every single time I'm singing. I recommend this mic to any lead vocalists out there for sure.

Great Microphone for a Choir

We were looking to replace our old microphones(wired) and the rep at Guitar Center recommended the SLX24/Beta87A. I was hesitant to buy them because of the price. So we first bought 2 and also got the 3 year warranty. When we used them for the first time, what a difference. Set-up is simple. No feedback and sounds great. Quality is excellent and it does what it says in its specification. We have been using them for almost 3 months and no problems. We bought 4 more. Just like any device that is battery powered, have a spare ready. The receiver has an indicator that the battery in the microphone needs to be replace or the battery is dead. I will recommend this product.
