PSM 200 Monitors are the personal monitor price breakthrough performers have been waiting for and a practical alternative to floor wedges for performers who want to start out In Ear and stay there. Featuring smart, versatile components that grow with you as your needs change, PSM 200 is the personal monitoring breakthrough for entry-level performers. In ear is now in reach.
PSM 200 Wireless Personal Monitoring System Includes the Shure P2R Hybrid Bodypack Receiver and the Shure P2T Wireless TransMixer. Package includes the Shure SE215 Earphones.
P2R Hybrid Bodypack Receiver
The P2R Hybrid Bodypack Receiver is the world's first bodypack receiver to function as a wired receiver, a wireless receiver, or both at the same time. This and other unique features, along with excellent sound quality, make the P2R an exceptional value.
P2T Wireless TransMixer
The P2T Wireless TransMixer is another breakthrough design for personal monitoring. It allows the user to connect two line-level or mic-level inputs directly into the transmitter. The two signals can then be mixed independently. You can connect microphones or instruments directly to the inputs or use line outputs from a mixing console. In short, no matter what the output device, you can probably plug it into the TransMixer.
Featuring a Dynamic MicroDriver, the SE215 delivers detailed sound with enhanced bass. A detachable cable with formable wire enables easy replacement and a secure, comfortable fit onstage or on-the-go. Sound Isolating sleeves in multiple sizes provide up to 37 dB of isolation and a customized fit. Evolved from personal monitor technology that's been road-tested by pro musicians, the SE215 offers detailed sound for personal listening or professional monitoring.

Comments about Shure PSM 200 Wireless Personal Monitoring System with SE215 Earphones:
My buddy suggested these in-ears. I've never used in-ear monitors but was getting a little tired of the wedge thing, not being able to hear my vox when I wanted/needed too, etc. I ordered blemished from GC so I got a little better deal than new and with going through the Ebates site, got another $27 or so back in cash...great deal! When I got these, unfortunately the power supply didn't work - wouldn't power up at all. My local GC replaced the one that arrived for free which was cool instead of returning the whole thing and ordering a new one. The construction of the transmitter seems flimsy - like it feels like there is nothing even in it, and it's plastic - so it'll be something to be careful with when you take it to shows. The earbuds that came with it fit great and don't slip at all while playing (and I move around a lot!). The transmitter is really solid, and has a low/high gain setting if you need a little boost. I didn't need it which was cool because that means if I ever DID, I have some more headroom. The sound is awesome - I was worried it was going to be thin and AM radio like but totally not the case. I run my mic into channel one, and run a monitor line to channel 2 so I can control my volume as well as the rest of the band in my ears - it's freaking awesome. I only wore one ear bud all night so I could keep some dynamics of the live performance and was completely able to hear myself crystal clear, as well as the rest of the guys. I only ran vocals into them as well - but I could see if you had the ability for separate monitor mixes (we don't on our PA), and everyone in the band was using these - it'd be totally the way to go. I was able to hear things I never heard when using wedges - mainly how good some of our vocals actually were - so a total confidence booster. If you're looking at trying in-ears, I'd totally recommend these. Four stars mainly because of the power supply issue, as well as the construction of the transmitter, but sound-wise, I'd give them a 5.
