This is one of the best microphone deals out there

It's built by shure. It has an on/off switch. It comes with a cable. All for one low price. I use an AKG D-880 for my main vocal mic, but this is great as a backup or for miking a guitar or amp. I've had mine three years and it never lets me down. Even the cable has held up very well.
