The best of the best

The Shure ulxs/beta 87a wireless system has to be the best wireless mic system out there, even though it's price doesn't suggest so. The response and vocal clarity along with the reception on this system is astonishing. After using this system a few months ago, I have had countless times when someone comes to me and praises me for how good I sounded at that particular show. Personally, I believe it was the mic that made the different. Interference is a thing of the past with this system. Drop it and you'll also see that it's one of the most durable mics on the market!

Pricy, but one of the best wireless condenser!

This microphone is fantastic. I have used it once. This is the best wireless microphone you can get before wireless Shure ksm9 which costs about 4g. It sound very crispy and clear. If you have strong and husky voice, it will sound amazing! This microphone is very well-built and designed. The LCD screen is very clear and easy to change settings. It is very long battery life, too! I would get one if I want to get a wireless system.

Shure shot!!!

I have had this for 2+ years now. I own and have different types of mics but this one is my favorite for a live gig application. It picks up the raw details of your speech and the frequency (sound) is very stable throughout. Being that it has a built in compressor-expander, you will find that you need to increase the gain as compared to the other mic channels with a different mic that your other vocalists may be using. This is normal. This mic will make you sound even better if you are good. The clarity is superb. I’ve dropped the mic on several accidents and it has been able to withstand the impact. Avoid over-tightening the battery cover so that it would not crack. Place a tape around it or something to support the pressure. Great condenser vocal mic! You will not be disappointed. Good job Shure engineers.
