Top of the Line!!
I have to say that the Shure Drum Mics are about the best that you can get. You get a great sound and are perfect for the studio or the road!!
The SM57 Mics provide a very crisp sound that will cut any drum through any type of mix. They are very versatile and can be used for snares, toms, overheads and even vocal mics. They also are relatively light so you won't have to worry about your overhead stands falling over.
The Beta 52 Mic is the cream of the crop, recognized through out all of the music industry. It gives you so much head room with the amount of SPL's it can handle, up to 130 dB!! Turn up the Beta 52 and it still is has a ton of punch without feedback!
The only downfall is the A56D drum-mounts. They sometimes can be hard to position well on the drums since they are not flexible. They do however hold up very well to the abuse they take because of their sturdy solid design.
Overall for the price of this package you will defiantly get your monies worth and much more!!

Flawless
This kit is absolutely amazing. The Beta 52 is amazing without any EQ'ing, plug it in, it's ready. The SM57's are great too, I have a Beta 57 on the snare, so I have an extra SM57, but the greatest part is that it is an INSTRUMENT mic. Not only does it mic the drums, it can mic any instrument, Therefor this pack is also a versatile one. Looking to mic drums? Buy this kit.

Best Drum Mic Pkg For Price
Just bought this mic pack from my favorite place, GUITAR CENTER of Medford, OR!! I just plugged them in and have been playing them for hours today. The Beta 52 kick mic is as advertised and just may be the best in the business. The 57s are good all around mics and cover toms great. I am using others to round out my drum sound but find these to be outstanding... Great !!! (Thanks, Nick)

SHURE TO HAVE!!!
I've been playing drums for about 17 years,I've been doing alot of searching, read lots of reviews, then finally bought it. I used to own a CAD drums kit, but This SHURE DRUMS KIT is exactly what I've waiting for, the kick punch of Beta52 will stop your heart beat for a second. Anyways, I recommend every drummer to try it, you will not be disappointed.

Best On The Line!!
This drum mic pack is truly amazing, you get the BEST kick mic on the market (the BETA 52) along w/3 SM57's which are some of the BEST dynamic mics around since 1957... that makes them 51 years old and they still ROCK! I know people who have had these for over 20 years w/out a problem. These mics are TOP of the LINE and they are worth EVERY penny, so save up and get em... You will love em.

pros/cons
SM57s and Beta52s are industry standards for a reason. The Beta52 is probably the best kick mic I've ever used. The SM57s have a great sound, but are a little large for drum mics. Great all around for all instrumentation, though. Mounting systems are too stiff.
