The Shure A56D Drum Mount is the best mount that I have worked with hands down. This mount places the mic a comfortable distance away from the toms and snare for the drummer, but close enough to get the crisp sound off of the drums. Like I said I've used various drum mounts and this model has worked the best for me. Enjoy!
