These things are awesome. If you have an SM57 or 58, even the Neumann handheld vocal mics, or anything with that size and shape these remove a lot of stage rumble passing through your mic stand. I have a large drumset in my studio with 57's on all my toms, and since my floor is not solid, it transmits some vibration through the mic stands. These put a stop to it, and help clean up my tracks. The price is also about half what I paid for some of these same shockmounts 10 years ago. If you have small diaphragm condensors, use the A53M. Same thing smaller diameter.
