Product Information

The choice of millions of musicians worldwide.

The Shubb Original C-Series Steel String Capo is slightly curved and 2" across. This caop fits almost all acoustic steel string and electric guitars.

The Original C-Series steel string capo features a patented locking action that provides an unrivaled combination of power, speed, accuracy and ease of use. One smooth flip of the lever locks it securely in place—and removes it just as quickly.

And the Shubb C-Series capo doesn't create tuning problems. Its soft, resilient rubber is specially designed to work just like a fingertip, so the capo doesn't bend the strings over the frets. Its closing action is just like your hand, so the Shubb Original C-Series Steel String Guitar Capo doesn't pull strings off center. As a result, no re-tuning is necessary.

With our Guaranteed Lowest Price, you can be assured of complete satisfaction and the lowest available price, or your money back!

Shubbariffic!

The Shubb Original C Series capo has been my standard for years now, so much so that I have now purchased at least four over the years. They don't wear out--they're fairly indestructible--but people kept taking them as they liked them so much. I prefer the Shubb to the Kyser capo, as it tends to press on all strings more evenly on my Guild D15 acoustic, thus allowing me to play without retuning. It's adjustible so works well on all guitars--electrics, 12-strings, etc., and the construction doesn't damage the guitar. I love these capos and will keep buying them as needed.

Sweet All-Purpose Capo

I use the Shubb Original C Series Steel String Capo on both my acoustic and electric guitars. Pretty basic capo that is well-constructed and has held up perfect for years. Not as fancy as others that latch on with spring tension, but you can adjust the tension yourself and be sure it stays on tight. This is not the capo for you if you need to shift around mid-song, otherwise it is all you need.

Best Capo on the Planet!!

The first time I saw a Shubb, I thought "That looks like it won't do a very good job". Boy, was I wrong!! It held the strings evenly and without putting a lot of pressure on the neck of my Taylor. After reluctantly returning it to my friend, I went out the next day and purchased myself three (one for each guitar). I love them so much I give them to my students! It does such a great job, and I feel better knowing some big spring is trying to dent the neck of my guitar. I recommend them to everyone who doesn't have one.

Slick and Durable = quality.

The neat thing about shubb capos is that when you put it on, it looks almost invisible on the fretboard. Plus its made to last and easy to use, simply clip it on. And it looks comfortable on the guitar like shaking hands with the heck and not clamping it. sweet buy, good price.
