The Sennheiser ew 300 IEM G3 In-Ear Wireless System helps you to hear better as you perform. Featuring an adaptive-diversity receiver, the Sennheiser receiver pack uses the headphone cable as a secondary antenna for flawless reception. Ear-canal phones, with various ear-fitting pads for an individual fit, reproduce the signal from the adaptive diversity receiver precisely and faithfully.
Pass-through outputs allow easy splitting of the input signal to travel to other devices. Personalize the sound even further with the 5-band equalizer integrated into the transmitter. Lastly, the entire set can be monitored and remotely controlled with Sennheiser's Wireless Systems Manager software using the built-in Ethernet port on the stereo transmitter.

Everything about the ew 300 IEM G3 is first class and well built. The only complaint I could have would be the ear buds. For what you pay for this system, they could provide more robust ear buds. That said, it is always possible to upgrade to better ear buds if you're so inclined. Otherwise, the performance of the system is excellent, no complaints there. I have only used it twice at practice but will be gigging with it next month. That will be the real test.
I tried to use a IEM system before, a little cheaper, and it was night and day. Don't waste you're time with anything esle, this is the one for you. To even top it off better, I went to Ultimate Ears and has custom "ears" made to fit my eaar specifically, now I can't play with out these two things. It will change the way you play, 100% a good investment!!!!
I have tried a few different wireless in ear models. This one from Sennheiser is fantastic. The sound is crystal clear. I play a 5 string bass guitar and can hear everything. The vocals, guitars, and even the drums are perfect. Once you get the correct mix of what your trying to hear, then everything comes through very precise and clear. The only down side is that the system is expensive, but after trying multiple other cheaper systems, this one is worth the money! There are a variety of different options that allow this system to be incredibly versatile. I would recommend this system to any professional level musician, looking for a great in ear mix.
