We got caught by the FCC 700MHz ban and had to find a solution ASAP. The Sennheiser reps provided great telephone tech and admin support. Exceptionally courteous & patient. Drove to the Plano/Dallas Guitar Center store and got the last unit in their stock. Had it mailed to our home. Three days later we were up/running. Only thing is, be careful with gain settings for Tx & Rx, as the factory defaults were too hot for our environment. This is a well designed product, well worth the price. As an added bonus Sennheiser gave us an $80 rebate for the old 700 MHz system.
We have about 30 of these in our Theater, and they are the best quality we have found. We have tried many brands, but Sennheiser is by far superior to all others.
