I love sennheiser's SK 100 G3 transmitters. I've used them for live field recording on numerous gigs over the past few years and I've never had any problems. The sound quality is wonderful, they're constructed of a durable metal and won't break if someone sits on one, however they're lightweight and don't feel heavy when worn.
