I purchased these Sennheiser HD 25 SP II headphones to be used as monitor headphones. I wanted a pair of headphones that would block the rest of the band and outside noise so I could determine what mix I wanted to hear. These headphones fit the bill and at a decent price. They are sturdy, comfortable and sound great! And they seem to easily handle the harsh dymanics of my electronic drums without distorting or blowing out like many other headphones. Renown Sennheiser headphones at a great price.
