AMAZING

Comments about Seagull Entourage Mini Jumbo Acoustic Guitar:

playing guitar for about 2 years, and being in two bands, i have played many acoustic guitars. of all the martins, taylors, yamahas etc., this is the first one with the "perfect" feel, tone, and sound. since its a mini-jumbo, it gives a much fuller sound than most. i also love the cedar top on it. very nice warm sound. perfect for any genre. overall, its a great made guitar i recommend you get it

Great Full Sound

By Guitarcaster

Comments about Seagull Entourage Mini Jumbo Acoustic Guitar:

Walked into my local Guitar Center and tried out the Taylor 100 series and 200 series along with some of the base Martins and Breedloves. I thought I try a few of the less expensive guitars on the wall and to my surprise I found this guitar. I own a really nice Taylor GS, this guitar is not in the same league, yet it is pretty good for the price. The finish first attracted my attention (even with the plastic rosette), but given the dead strings I still could tell this guitar had what I was looking for in a basic knock around guitar. The cedar top features a warmth right out the gate, like most do, but keep in mind it will be subject to dings and nicks. I play fingerstyle or medium handed strumming, both ring out fairly well with warmth and very little 'boom' you would expect with a jumbo. I believe this guitar is suited for both styles, but not intended for full out thrashing or digging deeply into the strings, such as bluegrass. You probably should try one in person to see if it meets your needs or tastes.

Solid Sounding- Great Quality

By MeatHooks

Comments about Seagull Entourage Mini Jumbo Acoustic Guitar:

This Guitar feels solid and has perfect intonation, if your one that cares about that. I will say that the quality and look and feel of this guitar are excellent. Being that its a mini jumbo its unique in that way. It really feels like a mini jumbo but the neck is nice and wide for us finger pickers. Some Seagull nuts are wider but this one feels fine. Im used to a Martin Dx1. I also have a Recording King which has the 1 3/4 nut. Also, Canada Rocks!!

Took a chance

By Donald True

Comments about Seagull Entourage Mini Jumbo Acoustic Guitar:

I bought my Seagull Entourage Mini Jumbo without ever trying one first. Action was high when I first got it but after some saddle sanding it's right where I want it. Has a really warm sound that is great for finger picking but sounds great with a pick also. Really like the satin finish also. I got the model without the electronics because piezos suck regardless of brand. Will mic when I get to record with it. Miking sounds more natural anyway. For a blind purchase I don't think I could've did any better for the price. Blows away my Takamine EG332C which costs more when purchased new 15 years ago.

Wonderful!

By Jeremy

from Oxnard, CA

Comments about Seagull Entourage Mini Jumbo Acoustic Guitar:

You wouldn't get this guitar's back and sides were laminate. The sound is rich and full. The construction is flawless and immaculate with great attention to detail. I'd previously overlooked this brand think it would be just "blah" but the first time I picked up this guitar and played, I had to get it. Don't let the price fool you, this guitar is so much richer than it's price tag.
