this guitar is amazing for anything you would ever want to do, i play in a progressive metal band so i needed a ton of diversity in a guitar which i get in this guitar, the coil tap is brilliant for getting a snappy sound and the hums are loud and amazing. FINALLY, i thought this guitar, because of the single cut shape, would be a nightmare to play, it is quite the contrary. i can get up to the 24th fret without even trying
So I've had this guitar for a couple monthes and.. Wow. This thing is amazing. When I first plugged it in I had been playing A bc rich jr V deluxe to compare and the hellraiser blew it (or any guitar I had used that day includeing Gibsons) out of the water. It has a very warm powerful sound like a Les Paul but the emgs give it a powerful sound and the coil taps give it so much flexibility. One last note. It's built very well. It's really dureable, withstanding many tuneings a day and much travel without any neck warping or anything . It's set up very nicely and the overall quality it easily equal to Gibson or ESP.
I went to my local guitar center yesterday, and like the rest of the people i began to start playing random guitars to see what i liked. I picked this guitar up and began to play. It was amazing! I fell in love with this guitar after playing a few power chords. I hooked it up to a line 6 spider and honestly i played every style i could think of even blues. Honestly it was better than a gibson that i played
me and my friends love going to guitar center every weekend to check out the new stuff and prices. im a guitarist so like usual i go and try some guitars and amps out, but when i came across this beauty i swear i fell in love. i picked it up plugged it in and it was one of the best feeling, best sounding guitars ive ever played, from power chords to solos it was flawless. im familiar with schecter already cuz i own a schecter damian series with the floyd rose, but all i know is that im getting one of these for sure, i still cant get over how beautiful it was
Honestly a when i played this guitar it felt like i had been playing this guitar for years because it was so "comfortable" to play it gave that metal feel and sound perfectly with each power chord or solo riff. I played it hooked up to a raven amp (those give great sounds from what i tried) and it sounded simply amazing there are no other words to describe it. Oh yeah the price? well that is pretty cheap for how high of quality it is and if i say so its like a gibson without the price so i recommend highly if you play metal or anything "close"
I bought the Schecter Hellraiser as an upgrade to my cheaper Schecter. The Hellraiser sounded SO good that I bought another one just in case something happened to my first Hellraiser. It sounds SO good because of the EMG configuration (red in color, not gold) and the string through body. GREAT TONE! Supreme sound! Looks for the RED EMG configuration! I LOVE the quality and sound of this model guitar.
This guitar is a beast! I've played it a few times at Guitar Center and well it's just awesome. One thing about this guitar is that it's heavy,if I didn't know better I'd say it was filled with bricks. Everything about this guitar SCREAMS metal from the Gothic cross inlay to the quilted maple top. Any rock or metal guitarist should add this to their arsenal.
This guitar is absolutely perfect. This guitar sounds gorgeous on clean and puts out as much distortion as your amp can handle! The harmonics on this guitar are great as well, which i had problems with on my old guitar. It looks absolutely fantastic as well. I got it in white and the binding also looks great and the inlays are amazing! I really love that the pickups can also switch to single coil. This guitar is perfect for any style of playing and for anyone! BUY IT NOW!!!
ok, this guitar is nothing short of a masterpiece. i am speaking of the solo 6 specifically (and in red). the C-1 hellraiser is amazing in all aspects, but the body of the solo 6 is just cant be resisted. it is a high quality work of art and beauty that will dominate the world with its incredible ability to play all styles perfectly. the neck, fretboard, and neck joint are perfect to every detail. the body is perfectly comfortable and unique in design, nice headstock too. in my opinion a schecter set neck with a solo 6 body is unbeatable. the black cherry and gothic cross inlays are very beautiful. hellraisers are known for their high performance and sound quality and this version with the solo 6 has only made it better. definitely worth it
i finally got my hellraiser solo 6 after years of wanting one. i first found it in a guitar center and even that floor model made me want one. its beautiful, very few of these pictures do it justice. nice and heavy, its solid mahogany after all and i dont think it has too much chambering in it so that adds to a very solid, full tone. the neck is a little thicker than most, but still comfortable and fast. not nearly as thick as a gibson les paul, thats just too much. i will say reaching the higher frets (19-24) is a little more work than its worth, but im more of a rhythm guitarist anyhow. the coil taps let you bring a clean sound as close to an acoustic as possible. and a boss cs3 helps a lot too. over all, a perfect rhythm guitar that can also solo very well and its beautiful and sounds great. definitely worth it!
