Enjoy

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

I have had this guitar for a few years now and am very happy with it. It sounds good from country to Rock. I upgraded from a Yamaha GRX312 and I should have done it a lot sooner. Very clean sound. It holds it's tune very well and the Seymour Duncan pickups sound great. It's more motivating to play when it's possible to sound good.

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

Bought this guitar at a sale to replace my vintage Les Paul (now in storage). I didn't think anything can take it's place after so many years, but after a few solo jam sessions this guitar is awesome!!! It feels great, sounds great and looks hot.

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

I was looking for an upgrade to my Ibanez GAX70 and came across the Schecter C-1 Blackjack in a pawn shop in mint condition I picked it up, got it home and plugged it in for a pleasant surprise. It's become a great friend to me and I've gigged with it a few times and hasn't failed me yet. The neck thru body and Seymour Duncan pickups are a great feature to this guitar along with the Grover Tuners.

Simply awesome

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

Got this guitar to retire my vintage Gibson (and let it appreciate in peace) and after few days, I love it. The feel is different from my old LP (higher fret bars), but after few days I started to bond with this guitar and for sure it will be another keeper for the collection. Love the neck and the smooth transition allowing for all 24 frets to be used. The SD pick-ups sound great. Go and get one of these - you won't regret it.

Butt-kicker

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

This is one of the best guitars I've ever played. Even better considering the price you pay for it. You've got a lot of tonal options, and with distortion this thing can shred with the best of them. Fit and finish is excellent, and overall it feels like a very solid guitar. My one complaint is the use of the dark pearl inlays (which I'm not a fan of) but other than that you couldn't ask for a better guitar.

STUNNING!

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

I bought this guitar about a year ago and it is exactly what I was looking for. The distortion has incredible definition and when soloing, the notes are crystal clear. I enjoy playing my guitars very aggressively and this guitar has rarely gone out of tune. If you want reliability, a killer tone and a good looking guitar, look no further.

This is the best guitar I have ever played!

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

Ok guys just so you know, I have never left any kind of review on anything but I feel like I just have to say something about this guitar. I played many guitars before finally purchasing this one, and let me tell you, this is the best one that I picked up. It plays so smooth, and has that dark growl if you are into the metal. The set neck makes the sustain incredible, and not to mention the looks are freakin impecable. I almost bought the hellraiser but I am truly glad I didnt! If you purchase this you will not be disappointed!

This guitar is kicking!

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

The C-1 Blackjack is awesome! Its sounds good in clean. I play this through a 120 crate. I play a lot of solo's and this guitar is perfect for that. The distortion sound is incredible. The pickups are pretty sweet. The 5-way switching gives variety in clean and distorted. When dropping down, the strings are not like rubber bands. Believe me this guitar is great. It's built strong, comfortable to play and not too heavy in weight.I have had no problems with it since I bought it last December 06. Please try out this guitar you won't be disappointed.

One you go BlackJack, you'll never go back

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

This may very well be the best guitar out there for the price. It?s got simple but striking good looks, great tone thanks to a set neck and Seymour Duncan pickups, and no-nonsense design. This guitar can rock with the best of them. The neck is made of maple, which gives this guitar more bite than Schecter?s other set neck guitars which have mahogany necks on them. It?s got great body contours, a sweetly smooth neck, and simple but effective volume/tone/5-way switch electronics. The open-coil JB bridge pickup is great for anything from blues to thrash metal and the ?59 neck pickup perfectly captures the essence of the vintage Gibson PAFs, but with more output and midrange. This guitar can scream or cry. It?s very expressive. Plus, the pickups are wired for series/parallel switching for extreme versatility in tone. And the simple yet classy looking black pearl dot inlays keep you oriented on the fingerboard quite nicely. You just really can?t go wrong with this guitar. It?s got it all ? looks, feel, and tone. Try one. You?ll never want to put it down. And you can always do what I did and put some gold hardware and gold pickup covers on it. Trust me, you won?t be disappointed.

Fantastic

Comments about Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Blackjack Electric Guitar:

This guitar is exceptionaly good and very versatile, but what more could you expect from Schecter guitars? They offer great guitars at a price everyone can afford. This guitar is of exceptional quality. It was very nice right out of the box, though it wasent PERFECT for me(everyone is different). All i had to do was adjust the action(which is very easy with tonepros bridge i might add) and it ready to go. There is 1 thing i must point out though. The neck of this guitar is laqured, and a laquered neck is kind of a love/hate relationship. If you dont mind a laqucred neck( its not bad at all, infact i kind of like it) then by all means buy this guitar. I think some people dont like the neck because it dosent have the nice smooth feel of wood, but whatever. Also this guitar sustains like crazy. Ill sum everything i just said into 2 words BUY IT!
