  • best bass under $1000 PERIOD!!!

As reviewed by Johnny Bob Underdown on 6/21/2010

Ihave had this bass now for 6 months and went thru all the usaul suspects when looking and playing many different basses but nobody made one close with the looks, pickups and all around quaility that this one had and for under $1000 come on.... you can cover a lot of different music with this bass although i did change strings to halfrounds and once you get used to 2 equalizer it really put out some sweet sound i would recommend this bass to anyone espeacially if you have a $1000 budget as i was working with this is one bad bass Mine is see-thru black and just sharp!!!!!!

  • Amazing Bass.

As reviewed by JJ on 8/24/2009

I got the bass a little while back, and I have to say, it's amazing. The pickups are so versatile, from sweet to growl. The finish is amazing, but my only gripe is that as with any high gloss, fingerprints are nice and visible if you don't clean it regularily. The neck is simply wonderful, nice and smooth, with not a sharp fret in sight. The action was already low enough from the factory and the feel was amazing, but I hated the strings, so I changed them to Rotosounds. You can't go wrong with this bass, beginner or advanced. It's got an intermediate price with features of the high class.

  • Fantastic Bass

As reviewed by Splinter on 1/23/2010

I went to Guitar Center to try out a few basses to see if there was anything that I would like. The minute that I had this in my hands I was sold. The thin neck fit my hands perfectly and felt as smooth as glass. After playing passive single pickups for a year I was blown away by the actives on this guitar. Looks, great sound, and ease of playing makes this bass perfect.
