Shred fast on this beautiful Hellraiser.

The Hellraiser Deluxe electric guitar, Schecter's newest addition to the Hellraiser family, is just as infernally elegant as its siblings. The mahogany body is capped with figured maple, finished in crimson burst, and bound in black. The 3-piece mahogany neck plays super fast and smooth with a rosewood fretboard and 24 jumbo frets for effortless bending.
Like the rest of the Hellraiser clan, the Deluxe guitar has a pair of high-output EMG active humbuckers, an EMG-81 in the bridge and an 85 in the neck, for searing leads and tight sledgehammer riffs. The Schecter guitar features mother-of-pearl crescent inlays that run the length of the fretboard, coming together in a unique 12th fret pattern that you just have to see to appreciate. Finally, the Tune-o-matic-style bridge and thru-body stringing ensure singing sustain.

  • Amazing guitar

As reviewed by Tony on 2/8/2010

I just recently got this guitar, And from the moment i laid eyes on it, i fell in love with it. I picked it up and started playing it on a line 6 Spider IV amp and it gives me a very great tube-amp like sound with this guitar, And the active EMG pickups make it so versatile when it comes to playing many different types of music. Its got a very fast neck, its not heavy, and it holds its sustain like a Lespaul. Its very sturdy, and hardly ever goes out of tune! This guitars great for anyone, from beginner to advanced, this guitar does it all, and its got a price tag that cannot be beat!

  • One Word: Epic!

As reviewed by Mark V on 2/1/2010

This guitar shouldn't be $500 because how it plays, sounds, handles, feels like I dropped a couple grand into my guitar. I've played a couple live shows and it has no problem keeping up with me. I also use it for home recording and it's been great coupled with the JamVox (using windows 7). The only issue I had was with a Monster Cable 1/4 1/4 which scared me in thinking it was my input on the guitar but other than that everything has been ace. Also my girlfriend has been practicing on this guitar so I would recommend it for beginner to advance.
