  I traded in a purple 1962 Re-issue Fender Strat (my baby) and upgraded to the Hellraiser C-1 FR Black Cherry. I am a Christian Musician/Singer/Songwriter who plays with a 6-man group called Fishermen's Feet. This guitar was out of my budget, but I could not take my eyes off of its amazing fit and finish, along with the fine details artistically done. I was looking and test driving everything from American Strats to Ibanez to Jackson to Grestch to Gibson to even PRS, all decidedly out of my price range. No matter which guitar I played against the Schecter, the Schecter kick their butt time and time again. The EMG Pups on this axe are simply sinful. The Coil Tapping is the greatest thing since active Pups. I loved my old vintage strat sound but not the noise, my Schecter recreates it, without the noise, and takes it up 10 notches. I like the sound of Les Pauls, again, my Schecter takes that sound to a whole new level. The things is crafted beautifully out of some very fine wood giving the Hellraiser amazing tone and heavenly sustain... You might be wondering why a Christian musician would need such a fine instrument, well we play contemporary all the way through post modern hardcore, and this awesome guitar is exactly what I need to get all the different sounds for the different styles I play. Once again, Paul, from Tempe AZ GC worked a smokin' deal for me and I had to buy it. He was kind enough to keep bringing, every guitar I wanted to try, to me in the demo room that he set me up in. And when the dust settled (3+ Hours later), I was the proud owner of the best guitar I have ever played. Thanks Paul for your support, attention to details and meeting my guitar needs, and for making it all possible for me to have this monster... Paul thought it was IRONIC that a Christian would be playing this "Hellraiser" guitar at the large Christian venues that we play, I told him that I was "Shaming the Devil" every time I played it... Thanks for reading. Don't let my Christianity fool you - this guitar is hotter than the fires of Hell... Get one and you'll see what I mean.

  wow. i am in awe because of this guitar. the notes that sing out of this guitar are phenomonal. the neck through design is the most comfortable ive ever played on and the beauty of it is jaw dropping. the lead tone that comes out of the 89 are THE BEST for metal and the coil tap makes it sing without gain. if u play metal this is a must have.

  I usually would never buy a guitar without playing it. One day i got crazy and desided to buy a new guitar, i got on here, started searching though and ran across this beast. A friend of mine plays a schecter and he loves it. Did a little research on it and put in the order. I have played a lot of high end guitars and this one to me at least is my fav. I have played for about 9 years and play in a rock/hip-hop band. This guitar will do ANYTHING you want it to. you can get just about any sound out of this. If you want a big fat bottom end you got it. you want that fender strat sound you got it. I will never play a different guitar then this hellraiser. I liked it so much i bought 2 more as backups for live shows.
