  This case is solid and hugs my hellraiser like a mother seeing her kid off to war. I am rest assured that any travel wear will go to the case and not the guitar inside.

• Perfect For Your C-1 Diamond Series

  I have a 2009 Limited GC (guitar center) Anniversary C-1 Hellraiser (only 300 made) with a set of emg 81x and 85x pickups so naturally I'd want to keep it in good condition. This case is a perfect fit (they're custom fitted for the C-1 style)!!!! The guitar fits very snug (1/4 inch of play AT MOST), there isn't a ton of padding but since it's so snug you don't need a lot and what padding there is it's very soft. There are also some compartments in it that you can easily get all you maintenance tools, strap, cables, tuner, picks, etc. in. The metal connecting the handle to the case may look thin but rest assured it is NOT cheap metal at all. Over all after reading bad reviews on other web sites I'm trying to figure out what had people complaining... if you have a C-1 style diamond series Schecter this is the case you want, it's just a great case. Recently I found out one of my buddies from a band in my area has one of these cases as well and after 3 years and countless tours up and down the east coast his case is still trooping along.

• A Must if you have a C-1

  I just bought a Hellraiser C-1 guitar and need a case for it, so I figured I'd go ahead and order the case made for it instead of getting a "one size fits all" case that the local store had on hand. For the most part, I'm very happy with the puchase. The pros: 1. The construction is solid, giving you piece of mind while your baby is in tranport. 2. The metal frame and hardware are all painted black and the company logo is molded into the case, instead of just being a sticker or an enamel of some kind, giving it a sleek look. 3. The one I got has a maroon upholstery covering the inside, which accents the black cherry finish on my C-1 4. The 5-7 day delivery time was cut short when it was delivered on the 3rd day. 5. It hugs the guitar, so there is no chance of the guitar slipping around inside. The cons: 1. There are no covers on the storage compartments, so be careful when opening the case. 2. The molding inside perfectly fits the guitar, only the guitar, so you have to take the trap off every time you put the guitar in the case. 3. It does have a locking latch like a lot of cases, but like a lot of cases, the lock isn't that great and it has the same cheap looking key that most other cases have. It'll help keep an honest man honest, but a screwdriver will open it just as easy as the key. If you much traveling with your guitar, or your like me and want the best fit possible for piece of mind, then this case is perfect. If you don't like taking your strap off everytime, then you might want to go with a good SKB or Gator case instead. For me, the fit and the look make this case worth the puchase.
