My son loves this crash

from Bastrop, TX

This is his next step up to getting his dream set of Paragons. He really loves the sound it makes when he hits it. I on the other hand need ear plugs. If you can afford them, get a set.

The XS20 Rock Crashes are louder, they project more, and feel better then the XS20 medium thins. If you want ur crash nice and loud, get this. If you want ur crash to be quiet and unheard, be my guest and get a medium thin.

Nice rock crash

By Ivan Bernal

from Lima, Peru

This cymbal has a nice sound, not too bright as B8s or B8pros (it may be dissapointing for some boys who like rock crashes be extremely bright). It is a matter of taste, for me has a very decent sound, obviously not the power of zildjian Z̴s or AA metal crashes (if you are a real heavy hitter, go for them). I recently got this for rock and pop gigs , and sounds very good in live conditions. I havent recorded with it yet. I dont think this cymbal be an intermediate one. Its sound is very professional, and I am sure it will last a long time because of its weight and metal (B20 bronze). A good bell too.
