Great Cymbal

By Anonymous

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

I come from a jazz backround and wanted to bring that sound into my rock/indie stuff. I bought the 10" splash & the 16" crash and LOVED them. This Christmas I got the regular hats and the regular ride. They aren't super bright and they don't stick out and have a ugly decay. They sing and nicely melt into what you are playing. They have that classy "jazzy" sound (which was what i was looking for). Increadable price and feel. The "rock" version of these cymbals are ugly though.

Sabian 16 inch XS20 crash

By mr.grimmace

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

This cymbal is really good. I was looking for a mediocre sounding cymbal for under 100 dollars and I was amazed by this cymbals sound. This is actually the best crash cymbal I have ever played, even better than the ones for 300$. It has the perfect balance between bright and dark sounds. I would reccommend this cymbal to anyone. Dont think about getting it, just get it. Youll be very happy with your choice.

Great Sound Great Price

By D.B.-X7

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

After playing 11 years, I finally found the right cymbal for my type of music. I mostlly play gospel and I always use Sabian cymbals because of the unique sound they have. After adding this cymbal to my set it made it complete. It went right along with the others and I reccomend this to anyone on a budget like me but are looking for that great sound at the right price.

Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash 18" Cymbal Review

By ExRfussion

from Cadet, Mo.

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

The Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash 18" cymbal is a very good purchase for someone looking to fill out a set without spending a lot of money. While I would never recommend it to be used for a lot of riding, but it adds that extra touch when needed. The bell is kind of small, but it has a nice, rich sound for this cymbals price range whenever crashed or pinged. All in all, this cymbal is a good second crash.

Good Crash

By Dominic

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

This crash is really a great crash especially for the money. Its got a little deeper tone than some other 18" crashes that i've played, but thats a good thing. This is a good second crash in my opinion. I think u need to have a 16" crash too but this definitley makes a nice addition to any set.

Nice Cymbal

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

I had never used Sabian cymbals before so i was a little skeptical. I usually use PAiste cymbals. I checked this one out because of the price. i love it. It has a great sound, and cuts right through any song my band and I play. It is well worth the money. I will definately get these over paiste's in the future.

AMAZING

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

i went to guitar center looking at crashes and i look over this one because of the price...i played them all and was rather disappointed...i was looking for something between dark and uplifting... the all were too bright for my taste so i decided to try this one........AMAZING it was exactly what i wanted... ive played many cymbals and it is by far my favorite... and because of its design when your playng rock or anything its really good...but when you play jazz if you use brushes and do a cymbal scape its really great sounding....all i have to say is get this cymbal.

Awesome Sabian!

Comments about Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal:

I have owned the Sabian XS20 Medium-Thin Crash Cymbal for about a year now, and it has worked great for me. It gives a strong, thorough, rich, and powerful crashing sound, and has been my "main" crash cymbal for as long as I've had it. It's thick, and it has susstained extremely hard-hitting by your's truly. I definitely recommend this cymbal, and it's worth the price for the 16" for it's very powerful sound.
