North American Warranty Sabian cymbals are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase on all Sabian series except Solar by Sabian which has a 6 month warranty period If after inspection by Sabian personnel it is determined that the cymbal failed under normal use, a replacement cymbal of the same size and series will be provided free of charge. To obtain warranty service, ship the cymbals prepaid along with a copy of the dated proof of purchase to the following; In the USA. Sabian Inc, 100 Enterprise Drive, Marshfield, MA. 02050 Please call 1-800-81-SABIAN and request an RA # Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and return shipping. The above pertains to Sabian cymbals purchased in North America. As warranty laws vary from country to country, you will need to check with the dealer where you purchased the cymbal for warranty details in any country outside North America, as the warranty is administered by the Sabian distributor in the respective country. Warranty replacements for cymbals purchased in Canada and the USA can not be shipped outside the USA and Canada.

  • Great medium/high pitched splash but....

    I've enjoyed my 10" crash for about three years now. It's got a great pitch for accents and putting a period on a fill. I also have a 10" Paiste Alpha splash and it has a higher pitch and decays faster ....I prefer it a little more over the Xs. The only problem that has occurred so far, with the Xs, is that it started to invert. That is, when I strike it fairly hard, the whole surface flips up. It stays in that position, until I physically force it back into it's original position by by pushing it hard against the tilter. Metal fatigue I guess. After this happened several times, I decided to just leave it and flip it over on the cymbal stand. It still sounds the same but it just looks odd.

    This is a tremendous splash. i have had it for about two months now and i love it. it is just great in every way. it has a loud sound and gets quiet in a hurry.

    Ive had this cymbal for a while now....and its held up pretty good! I beat the #%$& out of it, and it holds up great! i got the 12" version, and i love the sound of it! its kinda thrashy, a little crashy, and like any other splash sound, its like a quick little PSJSSHHHH!!! or whatever you wanna call it. definately ask to try it out at ur local guitar center tho. you might not like it, or maybe you go for some ziljians. but, this cymbal is very good for quick little fills, but not really for slow songs since the ring is over quick. good luck!
