Combines fast response, bright tonality and a touch of power.

The Sabian Xs20 Medium Thin Crash has a bold, updated, professional look with hand-lathing cuts of wide blade grooves into the surface. This updated look combines with B20 "cast" bronze, the metal played by the pros--delivering a bright, musical and extremely serious sound. Sabian's super-hard and musical B20 bronze are formed to shape using innovative and cost-saving Sabian technology.

What makes the Xs20 crash cymbal so special is that this is 100% B20, the magical alloy that is pure Sabian "cast" bronze, the most durable and musical of all cymbal metals... the highest tin... the metal played by the pros, including Chad Smith, Jose Pasillas, Mike Portnoy, and Josh Eppard. It took ten years of research to design the world's first and finest budget-priced B20 bronze cymbal. Xs20 is the first B20 bronze cymbal to offer high quality at such a low price.

These sound amazing well for the price. I have a 16" that sounds great, even at lower-volume playing. I also have a 10" that sounds good as well, though softer hits don't do it justice. You will be pleased.

The main thing that brought me to this cymbal was the price tag. I got the 16 inch and it was affordible for my bugdet. Within the last 3 months i've had it has held up quite well, i beat the crap out of it and there are no major signs of wear and no dents. Which im loving, because i can't afford to replace cymbals that often. Also the performance on this cymbal is amazing for the price. It will give a great even tone when you need it to and it has a little longer distain than similar thin crash models which i like more. All around this is a great cymbal for the price range its in. i strongly recomend it for any one constricted on to this price range.

Hands down, best sounding, best looking and best price cymbal ever. Compare it to a ziljian a series or the sabian aax and it smashes them both. This has got to be the best cymbal for the quality and price. Its great for wash riding. It sounds great, very resonate sound and its a bright pitched modern sound. I love this already. I have the 18" and i play rock and metal and this does the work. Buy it.
