Decent Accent Crash

This is a pretty good cymbal overall, but it's limited as far as styles it suits. It is very heavy, and works best for metal and hard rock. I use it with ZBT's which are much thinner, but when I use as an accent such as a splash or chinese, it works out much better. If you're a loud player, go for it. If you're a softer, quieter, or less "metal" player, you might not want this to be your first crash. Overall though, good cymbal.

Awesome Cymbal

The Sabian B8 Crash is an awesome cymbal ideal for people wanting to upgrade a new set. The cymbal is not at a professional level, but it is a great addition to a set that did not include cymbals. When I first got my drum set, this was the first addition that I made to it. Honestly, the cymbal itself is of great quality, I have used it in many shows. It sounds awesome and produces the rich, deep sound that a musician looks for in crash cymbals. The best part about the cymbal, however, is the value. The B8 is an affordable addition to a drum set, and is a great cymbal to play.

Excellent Cymbal!

I own a 16" version of this cymbal and, in my opinion, it's the best crash cymbal I've ever heard. The one I have is older than I am (it was my father's) and it's never bent or cracked in the many years he used it, or while been using it. And, here's the best part, it's cheap! More bang for your buck!

Great crash cymbal!

My starting set only came with a crash/ride cymbal, so I decided to upgrade and get a crash cymbal. I chose the Sabian B8 crash and am very pleased with my decision. I even bought the cymbal slightly used and am still satisfied. The cymbal produces a great tone and I suggest it to everyone needing a quality crash cymbal!

Great for beginners

The B8 Crash is a great cymbal for people starting off. They sound alot better than the cymbals that come with drumsets. If you're buying a new beginner's drumset, these cymbals will make the set sound awesome. Great tone for the price!
