I got this bad boy about a month ago, and let me tell you, it is loud. It's so loud that I have a hard time hitting it full force without feeling bad for my neighbors. The sound is very low, and very Chinese, just as it's supposed to be. If you're going to get your first Chinese, and you want it to scream out, get this one and save some wallet lining. Sounds great when you smash it slowly with really fast double bass breakdowns :D
The Sabian B8 china has to be the loudest cymbal I own. You can hear this cymbal over anything, it over powers my guitarist. This great and i reccommend it to anyone looking to add a china to their cybal setup!
This B8 Chinese is LOUD! When I hit this cymbal it overpowers all of the other cymbals in my drumset. I have owned it for 2 years and given it quite a beating, and it is still in great condition, no cracks or keyholing. It's a great deal for a beginner drumset who wants a nice China sound in their set.
